Moved down south and quit smoking pot, so I had to make my own massive stoner burritos tonight.
Take some carne picodillo and brown it with salt, pepper, garlic, minced onions, chili powder, cumin.
Dump in a can of rinsed black beans
Dump in a cup of dry rice
add 1 cup tomato juice and one cup water and one taco seasoning pack
bring to simmer, cover and let it go a half hour or untill rice is tender
roll up with sour cream and guac, tomatoes, cheese, refry beans, cilantro, salsa...anything else your feeling in the biggest dang tortillas you can find.
Each one should be well over a pound.
