Last week I ordered a Siam Mod Ice tank from COV. The package arrived Saturday and there was a mistake. Instead of sending the whole tank, I only got a replacement tank body.
I panicked and thought I ordered wrong, but no my invoice shows a whole tank. I immediately called and emailed COV. With it being Easter weekend I figured I would have to deal with it Monday.
Here it is Easter night, and I recieve 2 emails from COV. The first showing that a new package has been mailed First Class to me. And the second email was from Bruce, apologizing for the mistake and notifying me that a tank is on the way!
That is great customer service! Thank you Bruce for taking time away from Easter to take care of me! You have a loyal customer in me from now on!
Mistakes happen, but Great Customer Service is something that takes effort!
