Ahhh, you got yours though victims co op huh? The co op I am in should be submitting payment tomorrow :) I cant wait for this thing to come in. Debating on a second. air hole looks kinda small on them. Was thinking instead of boring the hole, adding a second, a bit lower. And I am sure that top cap will need sanding if it is screw on. Using a Griffin at the moment, and well.....its okay, not awesome, but could be better LOL

Is that an isolated wick hole?

Kept looking at pictures last night and just went ahead and ordered one.

Adjustable center post, good looks, large wick hole, spring and washer... don't see how this won't be as good or better than the AGA. My only worry is that the top cap is going to be loose but it's mod-able.

Also the air hole looks like it's a proper height. On the AGA, it's a few mm too high - air only passes over the top half of the wick. This looks way lower.

The air hole is actually quite low on these, if you were to drill another 1mm hole parallel to this instead of boring the air hole out, you would want to drill it ABOVE the first one, not below. I actually considered doing this but I'm afraid if I do so, it still will be too tight for me and then I will be screwed.

Received mine today and set it up a few hours ago.

Pros:
- Nice machining
- Matches the Natural perfectly
- Isolated wick hole
- Hard plastic bushings
- Spring loaded and adjustable center post
- >1/8" wick hole

Cons:
- Thinner material than the AGA
- Stainless center post
- Washer for positive pin could be larger to reduce gap
- Negative screw could be closer to wick hole
- Drip tip hole is not machined small enough

Overall I'm happy with it. I will be finding a brass center screw that threads into the bushing as this one is stainless and thin - haven't tested the voltage drop yet but I suspect I'll gain a few tenths.

As for the top, they have a very thin o-ring under the main o-ring, to give it a little more width so the cap stays on very well. If it lasts then I have no complaints, but I think they'll probably revise the next version with a larger diameter groove so it only needs one ring. The drip tip hole works great with the supplied tip but most of mine were too loose. I wrapped a few rounds of dental floss then slipped the o-ring back on one and it fits snug.

my local B&M has these clones and I played with it a bit and it feels pretty sturdy. I do however have a AC9 arriving tomorrow so I'll bring it down to the shop to compare and let you guys know if its pretty similar.

i also have heard that the wick hole bushing can come out, which will make the wick hole to 4mm. just recieved mine today and havent done anything but look at it yet. not bad for 35 bucks, but is definatly cheesy compared to the real one but im not complaining.

Let us kniw how you like it vapdivrr.

By cheesy do you mean it looks cheap?
