I contacted Justin asking for something that was missing from my ody that i ordered from france. Justin and Bruce we're very helpful and ended up sending me exactly what i needed. Since i ordered it from france, i knew i was taking my chances. The fact that the COV team accommodated me and helped to fix a problem that was not theirs shows me how stellar the customer service is and how willing they are to go out of their way to make all customers happy. really incredible guys...i was already a customer for life, but i just had to post this and let you know how much i appreciate your help and loyal service.
