ALL VG or is it being thinned with Alcohol???

I ordered some eliquid for the first time from COV and I thought I was getting the same recipe as was in the sample.:blush:
The sample was thick and sweet. I think I remember it being 8mgs. I was able to actually taste it. And I LOVED it.
Well as you know (if you have bought their juice) that it's really not that cheap, and only offer certain sizes. So it has taken me a while to order it. (Had to save a little) Well the other one I ordered was Caramel Tobacco. I think they forgot the caramel.
The Butterscotch smells like liquor (Vodika)and is as thin as vodika too. Where is the VG? :blink:I even put in the Comments section NOTHING BUT VG due to headaches........even though they advertise the Caramel Tobacco as all VG.
I would really love to send these back and get what I ordered, but I haven't gotten any response from either of the two emails I have sent. :(
Maybe Justin or someone else that works there will see this and PM me ?? Hopefully !! I am out of options.

I have had to stop buying from several venders cause they just won't be honest and use just VG in my eliquid. I pay for it, why can't I have it the way I NEED it. I don't ask for all VG to be difficult, :p I ask for it because I can't vape PG, PEG400, PEG or Alcohol.:glare: I get headaches that feel like my head is splitting open.8-o Please Justin. or the COV team, help.

The best way to receive assistance on an issue is to cubmit a CS ticket.

I do not keep hours over the weekend. Which is why you tickets have not been answered yet, if you just recently submitted them (part of Friday included).

I will log on an answer your submitted tickets as well.

We do not use any PG what so ever.

Please allow your juice to steep, as you more than likely received a fresher made batch.

I would have responded to your ticket in the normal course of my Monday there was no need to start this thread :(

You of course have the option to send back you juice for replacement if you are unhappy with is and feel that steeping is a non-solution for you

Please check your ticket for a more full response and to continue further communication.

Sorry J I am sending the juice back. The al. smell never left and I did let the cap stay off for almost 2 ful days. I am sorry I started this thread, I waited 2 days and there was no response to my Ticket so I then started this thread hoping I could get some answers. I will continue this on my ticket. PLEASE CLOSE the thread.
