Hi, I am new to this forum. My ce4 tank has developed stress cracks along the bottom. I searched the forum and only found 1 solution. It was about using dental glue. I then remembered a trick for fixing scratches in watch glass. Simple solution. Just rub a little paraffin wax into the crack. The leak stopped and my tank is fixed. Candle wax works well too. Thanks for letting me share.

Ambroid Pro Weld. It's a plastic solvent instead of a glue so there is no glue residue to worry about getting in your juice. A 7$ bottle of the stuff will be a lifetime supply.
A better idea is to just get the newer rebuildable CE4's. The plastic tube is mounted inside the metal band instead of the outside, so the stress on the plastic is eliminated.
