Cracks in Ody Clear Window!!! Help on thoughts?

Was cleaning out my Medium Mode Ody this morning after it's first tankful and somehow when rinsing it out with hot water, these cracks started to appear. Is this normal?


I was vaping LiquidXpress Envy (Strawberry/Clove). Could this have something to do with it as well?

Strawberry has been known to crack tanks. Cinnamon is notorious for it. Not sure on the Clove?

I've vaped about 8 tanks of Rawr Strapple (strawberry & apple) and no problems on the clear window
