So I am still pretty new to vaping, only 4 weeks in now but have not touched a cigarette since day one of vaping. But I have noticed that on the days when I seem to vape a lot, guess when I am craving a cigarette more than usual, I seem to get cramps throughout the day and night. I have been reading a lot of post about this and thinking I might be a little sensitive to the PG in the e-liquid. I drink a lot of water daily, maybe have a soft drink once a week if that and do drink coffee in the morning and maybe a glass of tea a couple of times a week, other than that always water.

So I wanted to experiment with some 100% VG juices to see if that helps with the cramping but I don't want to lose the awesome flavor I get with the 80/20 that I am currently using.

I am looking for suggestions on places that might sell some really good tasting 100%Vg juices. I am determined to stay cig free and will try what ever I have to, to keep me away from cigarettes.

Any and all suggestion are appreciated.

I tend to 'chain-vape' when reading, or other passive pursuits. I use a lower nic liquid for this reason.(usually 6 mg). I used to keep a higher nic liquid for quick hit of nic when I need it, now I just turn the wattage up, and open up the airflow, for a more 'cloudy' vape. This gives a nice big 'pop' of nicotine when needed!
Normally, recommended water intake daily should be at least 64oz./half gallon per day. Activity and hot weather increases this. Coffee can actually dehydrate you a little bit, as can tea, as they are mildly diuretic in nature.
Get plenty of Potassium in your diet, or with supplement.

80 Pg / 20 Vg - or - 20 Pg/80 Vg ?

What nicotine mg/ml are you using?

Everyone may have slightly different reactions.

PG usually;
Dry or sore throat, dry or puffy eyes, headache resembling sinus headache, itching, rash usually behind ears, neck, face severe cases chest or back, hives & swelling.

Flavorings and or sweeteners are more prone to cause nausea, stomach ache, cramps, bloating, gas, lower intestinal distress.
Especially those liquids that are overly flavored & sweetened. (too high % of either)

VG usually,
Tight or heavy chest, wheezing, runny nose, rattle sound or feel upon inhale/exhale, phlegm/extra mucous, shortness of breath, dizziness, severe cases difficulty breathing to feeling like an elephant is sitting on your chest difficult to take a breath.

Of course too much nicotine intake can cause all sorts of symptoms.
Headache, dizzyness, nausea, ringing in ears, gas, cramps, stomach ache, lower intestinal distress.

I'd suggest changing one thing at a time and not going to extremes one way or another with the exception of flavorless liquid to rule out flavoring & sweeteners.

Many folks experience all sorts of changes during their first 3 - 6 months of vaping sometimes longer, including complete changes in vaping styles, methods, likes & dislikes about all most everything to do with vaping.

Absolutely! Otherwise, we would all still be using little cigalikes or something. No one would have had the incentive to push for more...

The juice I am using is 80VG/20Pg and I am only using a 3mg nic. I was only a half a pack day smoker to begin with so would the 3mg nic be more that I am used to?

I have none of the other symptoms that you described, just the cramps in my fingers, and legs and feet. And its not an every day thing just the days when I seem to be vaping more than usual.

100% VG is more viscous than PG and will wick slower so what rig you are using matters. What are you currently vaping on?

As for 100% VG juices there are a bunch of them available from various vendors in the vendor section

Currently I am using VooPoo Mojo and I have a Smok Stick V8 that I use occasionally.

Probably best to see a doctor, cramps in your fingers, hands, legs & feet can have many causes/triggers and are not at all common or even occasional side effects of vaping.

Something as simple as a electrolyte imbalance, certain vitamin and or mineral deficiencies, anemia or the cause might be more complex.
I'm sure if you google 'causes of finger, leg, foot cramps' you can scare yourself into making a doctors appointment.
Which would be a good idea.

If you take any prescription mediations they may need to be adjusted now that your metabolism is changing and the toxins from smoking are leaving your system.

Topwater Elvis' advice is sound. Change one thing at a time. Nicotine probably is the top suspect.(If you are not dehydrated, and are getting enough nutrients) Since you are in the process of quitting, and will want to keep nicotine in your juice, you could RAISE the nicotine level to keep cravings at bay, and see if the problem gets worse.
As far as flavors go, I think the flavoring levels are probably adjusted by the makers to suit the higher VG types.
There are just too many variables, here, change one at a time. Takes some time to find your bliss, as it were...

Of course, the prudent thing would be to see a doctor. It is really the only advice anyone should ever give here for any set of symptoms, which may/may not be related to vaping. They will do a CBC, and electrolyte blood test, and a lipids panel, and will tell you to quit smoking. And vaping. And eat right. And drink plenty of fluids. :)
