There is no "post thread" button on that page, and as i scroll down past the list of threads I see this nice little message

(You do not have sufficient privileges to post here)

Odd. I just followed Susan's link, and found the option. It's in a red box, off to the right.

Odd indeed, and why I posted in the diy forums in the first place.

Every other page has the button to start a new thread, but the "positive reviews for forum suppliers" and "negative reviews for forum suppliers" both have it missing, and the "you do not have sufficient privileges to post here" comment posted on the bottom.

I agree, very odd indeed.

I reported this problem to a moderator (by clicking on "report" at the bottom of your post) and asked for some "Site Feedback Help".

Couple of things to check when posting in the Negative Reviews section.

1) It must be on a computer as you're going to be filling out a form. If it's from a mobile device, the ability to start a new thread is not going to appear.
2) If it was from a computer, clear your cache and cookies then log in again.
