Feel free to PM me with an answer to this question: What can a prospective or brand new vaper teach more seasoned ones?

One can learn a vast wealth of knowledge from such a person. For example, you could easily learn how NOT to do something... I.E A smart man learns from his mistakes, while a wise man learns from the mistakes of others...

The OP attitude sucks.......just saying. I mean if something isn't broke why fix it. Softwarerevue have a little more humility sir. Ancient Chinese secret the world does not revolve around you, you are but a speck in this universe (just like the rest of us). Chill out and vape some strawberry waffles or something. Having to make 5 posts is not that serious, and yes it's Michigander and you are making us look bad.

OP I understand... everyone is allowed to have a bad day... but the rule is in play for more reasons than "spam filtering" it gives the community a chance to get to know a person a bit and v-v

so rather then letting a newly registered posts get lost in the sea of threads in the "Main Areas" the 5 post limit helps them get their "feet wet" in an area where others are in the same catagory... and believe me there are some that try to stay in the NM forum WAY past the min requirement... and need a little nudge and encouragement to move on out in the "big world" :D

Also there are still interesting threads in the NM area and as you can see the highly frequenting members still post in threads here... so it's not like members are ignored here...

So I hope you have a change in "heart" and make that 2 more post leap also with the willingness in becoming a part of a GREAT community of people....

(NOTE: don't fret if you find yourself with the same issue after your 5th post should you decide to take that leap... the forum updates hourly so you might have to wait just a tad
bit longer after that)

I don't think a new vaper necessarily teaches a veteran vapor, rather he or she focuses the perspective a bit. With the incredible amount of information on this forum, it is easy to get lost in thoughts of finding the perfect PG/VG combination or the ideal battery voltage versus atomizer resistance. In the New Members Forum we tend to realize that "how do I use this thing" is also a very important question that deserves some attention.

hmmm, I agree, being sociable and saying Hi to someone is not that hard, I think my first 25 post were in New Members Forum. There is a lot one can learn in this area.

Looks like your first 21 with one lounge post wedged in there.. before you branched out :D

but even like the seasoned.. we always pop back into the ever so great New Members "holding chamber" :D lol

  • Reason: Double nonsense post
QUOTE=SoftWareRevue;1545017]I can't stick around and make 5 meaningless posts in this forum category in order to post in a different category.

I would like the forum administration to carefully study their strategy. Because making it difficult for new members to engage is not the road to success.

I have a little experience in this area. ;) But I'll find out about e-cigarettes from experience I suppose.

Can my account be deleted? If it can't be deleted, can you just change my username to igottago?

I agree with softwarereview except that I will just glean what I need from you and not even try to participate with your STUPID "new members" rules. Don't quit igottago, lol, just use them to glean the info you need and then move on. I forum is a great place to be a user. That's my plan and I'm sticking to it.[/QUOTE]

What pisses me off, is that I can't even ask for a review of a cig I am interested in. There isn't one already and inquiring minds want to know. I can't ask though, because, I don't have enough posts to participate??? what the .... ever.

Um, wow. Is it really that hard to post 5 messages? To say hello, or introduce yourself, or welcome other people?

I'm willing to bet there is a review here somewhere for whatever you're looking for. Hit "search" in the second menu, type in the model name, and check "show posts" to get specific posts about it. There are 40,000 people here. I find it hard to believe NO ONE has ever heard of it.

And honestly, once you've done that, feel free to go away. You have a terrible, childish attitude.
