When I first started I was the same way -- except I had
one kit and that I was sharing with my wife. I actually had to smoke a couple of analogs once when my one battery died and my wife's was in the bedroom and she was asleep and I didn't want to wake her, so I smoked a couple of analogs while I charged the battery just enough to get me through 'til I went to bed.
I bought another kit shortly after that.

Now I've got enough gear that I have some backup options. It's just a matter of having them in the right places.
If it involves the words "quit" and "vaping," I'm not goin' out like that. I'm stupidly stubborn, and if pushed to do something I don't want to do I dig my heels in further. That has to be something I decide to do on my own terms or it's just not happening.
