Crazy clouds with Bakero wire

haha mrmarc, mike and ziggy have been playing tag but trust me i am ready to have ziggy ship something to the US ASAP.
As for the very small population of people hating on ziggy for wanting to keep the BAKERO WIRE's recipe his own. shame on you. I mean reallh... there are many different restaurant that sell spaghetti, but it is to each with their own recipes to keep them distinct from the others. You dont go barging into a restraunt demanding the secret to their recipe, you just enjoy the damn meal.. I think that because ziggy has branded his recipe "BAKERO WIRE" people are going to enjoy knowing that they got the genuine article from ziggy rather than doing guess work and hoping that they can get a decent build out of their experiment.. you have seen the videos. not just ziggyvapes videos but other people who have BAKERO WIRE. What else needs to be said?? i mean if you're really into doing all the research and development that ziggy did and you do find it, brand it, and give him competition. at which point maybe ill buy from you but till then, theres only one BAKERO WIRE.

Plenty of flat kanthal on eBay. I purchased some for my ceramic wick. $20 for 25m and $2 postage. There are a number of different sizes available as well. I purchased 0.5mm * 0.1mm which apparently has around the same resistance per ft as 30g kanthal wire albeit more surface area coverage of your wick. Logic is, more surface contact = more vapor. As to other benefits? Can't really see any. As to materials? Minute differences in resistance or time for the coil to heat are going to be minimal regardless of the materials when constructed from similar alloys. For me there is no mystery here, we are just talking about shapes, flat vs round and surface area contact. The laws of physics are simple and I do not believe in magic vapor wire or fairies at the bottom of the garden.

Yeah, cause that is the way it works in this market. I go to a lot of websites selling resistance wire and mesh and they never tell you what it is made of or the gauge. You just have to trust them. I was just on one earlier selling STINKERO wire and they wouldn't tell me anything about it other than they got if from a plumbing supply house.

Yeah cause just like a GGTS this wire is not from some big industrial factory somewhere, but meticulously designed and crafted by a long term ecf member. It isn't like this ziggy guy is just buying wire somewhere like anyone else with a paypal account could do and hyping it for all it is worth. He isn't hiding what it is to fool anyone, he is trying to protect lesser mortals from attempting the dangerous task of creating this new wonder wire.

I have heard of that Stinkero stuff as well and there is a rumour that it takes 1000 virgins working on tiny looms, weaving individual Stinkero molecules together 1 at a time with invisible platimum threads to produce a single foot of wire. Got to pay to play folks.

Ok i tried calling about dozen places radio shack, elec supply company, and about everything you can think of that might carry kanthal wire with no luck. Anybody have any thoughts who might carry this wire and if you know of a place in tampa fl the better.

and i sure wont vape with mystery metal shame on you for perpetuating the use of an unknown metal composition. we arent asking for exact material wieghts but it would be nice to know if im going to the hospital next month for lead poisoning. there are already too many greedy hands in the vaping pot that dont care if what they make is dangerous as long as they get that fast buck before we figure it out.

The idea of magic wire, reminds me of magic beans. I have no room to guess what this even is, but at the same time I would not put my trust in something that is kept secret. In my short time vaping, I have learned it is important to know what makes up the product you are using.

I apologize for my comments, but at the same time please don't be suprised that others do not just want to take the word of someone they do not know when it involves their health. For those that I have seen develop techniques, people are always more than willing to share the process.

Edit: Also, others have already posted it but just to restate it. There are a lot of unknowns, such as pg/vg make (vg gives plumes), ohms, was it a directed lung inhale, mouth then lung, or just a direct mouth inhale. This just may be me, but none of the drags the videos I have seen on youtube show that the drag was held very lung. Not sure this makes a difference but with cigarettes, the longer it is held in mouth/lungs the less smoke will be released.

According to a Japanese friend of mine to call someone "Bakero" is to call them a fool. Significant? I don't know but I for one am not a candidate for this folly. I will settle for genuine wire products that I know and trust and not rush to buy fool's gold. This thread appearing in the New Members Forum is possibly taking advantage of new vapers who do not yet understand how a wick and coil setup works and how wire is involved in the process. If it appeared in the RBA forum where a lot more experienced users congregate it would have been given short shrift I am sure. Coil wire makes vapor by heat and surface contact - end of story. Anything else is smoke and mirrors.

I am a fairly new member here so i dont really know where to post stuff so i default to here.. I started this thread because i had seen some videos and had no idea what bakero wire was, but only that i wanted to make clouds like that. I was kinda star struck when the guy from the videos came on the thread that i started and started telling us more about his bakero wire..

What would you want more? a regular spaghetti from another country which would cost you a whole lot more, or just a regular spaghetti around the block which is excactly the same?

and since you're into this who metaphors, will it be ok if i buy a big mac and sell it as a super burger? if i get a bigmac and you want to buy that big mac from me i'll tell you that it's a bigmac i might charge you a little bit for my troubles but i won't rebrand the thing, name it my own, keep the truth a secret and misslead people. the reason why i'm flaring up like this is because i hate people taking advantage of other people. what's wrong with telling you guys the correct name/gauge for this wire? ingredients? nothing is added to it. he just rebranding the thing.

None of his posts or his FB page imply that he did ANY research and development. By his own claim, he was given a few different types and lengths from someone, tried them out and decided on this one. You're talking about this like he created the stuff -- this is simply not the case. Its a pre-produced item, with absolutely no modification to it, that he's reselling by the length. This isn't research and development; its bilking.

when you mention 'bilking' you first need to know the base price and then the resale price if it is true that this material can be easily obtained in the Philippines but not over here, a reseller is entitled to a profit for his efforts. not everybody is a kwalka after all!
i'm sure y'all buy from vendors who do nothing else but forward a product to you.
