Note that you shouldn't order nicotine stuff from the US or elsewhere other than Canada, otherwise you are at risk of getting your shipment sent back to the sender.

Well you got to understand that you need to be setup as a credit merchant... and most companies in Canada because of the laws are probably not legally setup.

You might notice a trend here... the companies that offer Credit Card as an option do not openly sell nic juice (ok there are exceptions). Even vapors kitchen "hides" its nic content as "flavor strength" or something. I remember they even had to temporarily list some BS kitchen hardware for a while in order to get approved by their merchant.

Instead of looking for a CC or a PP company, why not just transfer your funds from your creditcard to your bank account then use the email payments?

Total BS I am afraid. If we look at HC site, the import and sale of e-cigs is unauthorized. We know there is an issue with PP. OTOH if folks are trying to fly under the friggin radar why is there so much lip flapping and advertising going on the forum.
