Yeah, quite a bit of dairy. Should be ready in a couple of weeks, but DEFINITELY will switch gears in a month.

My German Chocolate Cake did the same thing on me. Finally got round to mixing a bottle. Right out of the bottle...liquid .... Aged three weeks. OMFG! Also glad I sweetened it. Had I just used EM as a sweetener, it wouldn't have been as nice.

So yeah, I imagine the creme brulee will take some time, for those patient enough to let a liquid mature.

Love it! Liquid ...! Too frigging funny. That's kinda the way my caramel popcorn went now I can't stop vaping it. Maybe I should try my GCC a.k.a liquid ... again it's been sitting for about a month. Didn't tickle my fancy the first week.

Seems a lot of the creamier flavors that would entail dairy, caramel, peanut butter, vanilla, ESPECIALLY vanilla since it's an oleo resin DIRECTLY from the vanilla bean and not some alcohol laiden extract, these things take time, and I guess the same term applies here, steep or "macerate" for them to settle into their reported flavor.

As Tasty Vapor has requested, a lot of the flavoring components we have made for us are PG based. Some of the Lorann's candy oils us alcohol as their suspension liquid, the liquids we create that use these alcohol based flavorings have an easier time being vaped right from the bottle as the alcohol tends to not only incorporate quicker, but break down any oils in any other flavoring we might be "thicker".

On the plus side, and for those who do have a bottle they can vape while they wait for the good stuff to mature, the end result is usually a rich, thick, decadent vapor and a very pleasurable experience, rather than a quick 5 minutes down by the company ashtray. Ya know?

Maybe, in the long run, and possibly sooner than later, we need to add some sort of notification on each premium flavor we sell, whether they'll do better with some sitting time. I.E. "Ready To Go", "Needs One Week" and "Better After Two Weeks".

While this may affect sales slightly as most people are of the "instant gratification" mindset, it's at least a bigger step toward truth in advertising if were advising our clientele that certain flavors need time to sit in order to "taste right".

(geez, I just LOVE quotation marks eh?)

It's really our job and concern to be as helpful as possible as well as delicious as all hell and keep you lot away from those damned cigs.

So, pretty much, I've confirmed in my own mind that's an extra step I need to take.

It's not really my goal to discourage people from buying as much as impressing on them, ours is fresh made-to-order liquid. No liquid of any kind in here (Tasty Vapor) sits on a shelf long enough to THINK about going bad. You get the freshest stuff you'll get anywhere. Just with some flavors the only set back is possibly waiting for a thicker liquid to mature.

Hope that's not too much a bummer.

Two questions for you actually about the creme brulee...
1) I had an absolutely delicious one while in france but they used lavender in the mix to make it have that extra aromatic taste. Any chance of lavender?
2) Since it takes so long to age and most here think its forever! [I know I would be guilty of staring at the bottle daily much like watchin for mail] it would be interesting if you offered pre-aged of some of the dairy ones. Think of it like a fine aged wine *cough* Delicious juice *cough*

Thats all and sorry if it was repeated!

Welcome to the creme brulee train! LOL

Wow, that's some mix. Let us know how it turns out. I want to try to make a Doublemint gum. I think Doublemint is spearmint and peppermint and sweetened I think would be the way to go. Also going to go for some Orange Julius mmmmm.

Well mentholated grape got rave reviews so I finally took the plunge!

I agree mrsblackross, and I like you so much that I would never dream of let you take the brunt of it, that said I would be happy to do it :)

just for that, I think I will do what markimar did, and order me some. I promise to vape it while the mailman still has his hand on the box! :vapor: Might even send you some, just for spite.

...as an aside, I personally have found that even the flavors that taste better after steeping, still usually taste fabulous out of the box. at least for me. maybe it's just cuz I am just so happy I am getting sweets without the calorie/sugar/fat guilts?
