Need recipes for Creme Brulee

Does anyone have a DIY Creme Brulee recipe you love? If its anything close to NT's I would be especially thrilled

Not sure about NT's but a local shop here make a great one also. Here is a recipe I was going to play with but have not had to time. Let me know how you make out if you use it.

Inawera makes a creme brûlée I like. Haven't had a chance to mess with it beyond sampling at 5%. But I think with some caramel, vanilla and cream it could be something delicious. It was pretty tasty solo.
