I have Ticket #9520776

The crm system that your using I think has an issue with Firefox,possibly any browser.
your font color and background is white.

I am using Firefox and have the same issue. I just wonder if the crew at Puresmoker is seeing a normal black font or is it white for them too. If they are seeing a ticket with a white font they may think the ticket is blank. I have sent them 3 tickets and no response from anyone at PureSmoker.

GOOD CALL i didnt even notice, i just thought I was getting ticket emails and seeing a blank ticket all the time.

I sent them in email a screen shot of that issue this afternoon. (white text/white background) I use IE.

I got an email back a little while ago saying they fixed it. I went to look, it's fixed, black backgropund , white text now.
