I second that. Your desire will only grow stronger the longer you keep yourself from one. After you smoke a couple, you'll never think about analogs again.

I've been there myself after 4 months during holidays. Had a half of pack still around and took the bullet 2 drags was enough!!! Nasty, but then I did same thing a couple weeks, ago. Over it, for now - but I'm not going to beat myself up, if it takes a couple drags to get pass the urge. REALLY, doesn't take much. Hang in there.

I agree with everyone else. The more you deny yourself the more you will crave it. Take a few drags off an analog and remind yourself why you wanted to quit in the first place.

Have you been cutting back on the nic content. Like maybe 24 down to 12mg. Could be you just need to go back up a notch for a few days. Hang in there.

I am in 0 nic most part of the day or 6 mg I only take a few puff of 24 daily,probably I am cutting too much

Yeah, Liscab.....remember when I ran out of juice? I had the analogs.......oh God, disgusting to me.......the smell, the taste.......only made me realize I will never smoke analogs again......ecigs for me.....making sure from now on I don't run out of juice.
