Crystal Clear Vaping contact issues

I received a Vmax v4 from Crystal Clear vaping on New Years Eve. It was a gift to my girlfriend a little late. I ordered it because she loves mine. As soon as I unboxed it I threw some of my batteries into it and put the new ones on the charger. She put on one of her tanks that she uses with her ego twist. And boom F1 and F2 errors. I hit the forums and it apparently is common in the V4's....

Well my V2 has never skipped a beat.

Well I sent CCvaping an email immediately, And I have sent multiple emails to them regarding this. I want to return the device and buy a Zmax. And yet I can not get them on the phone or to reply to a single email. Anyone know what is going on?

From my understanding, C.C.V. has recently(within last 6 months) had an expansion in customer base that has exceeded their expectations. I've always heard they typically have good customer service if given the chance to do so. I've bought few things from them, but never had an issue.
