"crystalized" looking bubbles at the top of mixture?

I made this and had the top sitting off. Went to go take a look at it and I see all these little bubbles, but they're like solid and stuck to the top rim.

don't move at all even after a shake. It's like they're stuck there. Anyone else experience this? I imagine it's some sort of chemical reaction with the flavors and possibly oxygen since it was at the top part where it's exposed to air.

I just noticed one of my flavor bottles had similar crystalization on the outside of it. I guess it's because of the flavoring being exposed to air.

Upon closer inspection, all the flavors I mixed up yesterday and left the cap off have that same crystalization at the top, it's just more pronounced on the one that has the highest flavor percentage. I'm just gonna chalk it up to flavor oxidization. I didn't really even use the vanilla cupcake flavor, but it had a crystalization ring around the outside top of the bottle. I believe this is happening with specifically bakery flavors.

I ran the bottle of liquid under some hot water, initially it was just to rinse it off cause these bottles suck and leak all over.... But I noticed that when it was heated the crystals dissolved. Not all of them, but some. I don't think it's EM cause that's in my fruit and I don't get any crystals in those. Gotta be something in the bakery flavors.

Maybe the sucralose separated and crystalized. When I first mixed this one juice I taste tested and it was actually sweet. After these few days, having the lid off for 24 hours and the seeing the crystalization occuring at the top of the bottle, it's actually not sweet at all now.
