Oh, wait. never mind. What I have is the Cthulhu MTL 24mm, not the Cthulhu Hastur MTL 24mm. My Bad. 
Okay, after several years away from vaping I've learned what MTL means and what DL means. What's RDL?
And since it will no doubt pop up sooner or later, LMTL is loose mouth to lung. I don't know who invents these things.

I never used it. Only opened it to make sure everything was there and not broke. But looking at the AFC and the fact that it comes with a small and wider bore DT, I'm 99.9% certain it is capable of RDL. In fact, I would be surprised if ti sucks at MTL. But as you know, DL and MTL are highly subjective. Looking for $25 shipped Paypal F&F only so PM if interested.
