at least about 24% to 25% of the voters are honest. with someone else's rights possibly hanging in the balance, it wouldn't be right to make an uninformed decision and cast a vote based on said lack of knowledge. i applaud those who took the time to inform themselves and those that realize they're uninformed enough to say so.

though... that does leave an opening for 25% of those voters to fall prey to propaganda.
