I've been monkeying with this recipe for weeks now and can't seem to come up with something that tastes like anything other than a truck stop gummi cola (you know the ones that they sell 3/$1.00 that have been there since the Reagan Era). I'm a sad muffin. I'm not getting the hang of these flavors. My last batch was:
TPA Jamaican Rum 30 drops
FA Cola 9 drops
FA Lime (cold pressed) 1 drop
all in 3ml of VG
Is it too little? Am I getting the proportions wrong? When I use less rum it just tastes like wax (with a cola aftertaste).
Please help.
