Cubis gurgle fix

I recently upgrade to a Cubis/Cuboid combo, and had the same gurgle-after-refill that some others are reporting.

Some thought about how this system works lead me to believe the Cubis has a design deficiency - an oversight by the designer(s).

I have a solution that cures the issue for me, hope it may work for others too:
