Spend some time reading the link retired1 posted.

Be sure you're installing the batteries in the correct orientation.

I dont understand what you meant by 'the unit can't charge other batteries'.

Stick with quality name brand batteries.
AW, LG, Samsung, Sony.
Only buy from reputable vendors/ dealers to avoid lesser quality cells wrapped with erroneous amp claims.

hey guys,

I bought a 150w cuboid 4 hours ago and could'nt vape since I got home.
The unit shows my batteries are flat, in fact I just took them of the charger. The unit can't charge other batteries, and it did fire ones, and after that I have had to go back to my sigelei 150w.
Batteries: esfest 3000 mah, 35 amp, dark purple.

So the batteries that won't work in the Cuboid will work in the Sig? That sounds like a bad Cuboid to me.
OOPs Welcome aboard
