Cudos for IB Tank

I was gonna fill a tank tonight. Bought half full. Sounds good. Been really sick with pneumonia. Fresh juice sounds good. Oh good time to clean all the conectors. All right ready to put together. Found 2 of three tanks. (Yes all IB tanks. and thank you OCD and Offspring). Stood up and yep you guess it. Stepped on my pride Shinney Penny tank with the shinney penny caps. After a bit of tears, reached down and it was perfect. YES I SAID PERFECT NO LEAKS OR NOTHING. Only problem it didn't fill itself up for me. Now if they could just fix that problem for people like me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And once again a great product...

Well after dropping three different tanks from waist high I'm a firm believer in these tanks. All fell on tiled floor and were on my provari. No cracks or leaks. (I really need to be more careful)

I agree, T. My IBTanks attached to my Provari have rolled off from a locker room bench onto tile floor a few times and not suffered any damage at all. I have a bad habit of laying my APV on my lap while driving, and sometimes forget to grab it when getting out of the car. Smash, right on the parking lot asphault. No problem.

The same scenario had occured twice with a competitor's pyrex tank, and both shattered each time. The manufacturer of the competitor tank must have seen my posts here and recognized that the tanks that shattered were his, and informed me that he has since changed glass suppliers and sent me a free tank to try. Very nice of him to do that, thank you and you know who you are. I have not had the misfortune to "test" the durability of the new tank sent to me.

I wasn't as lucky myself, My tank fell from my shop table, which sits about 32" from the floor. I didn't have it attached to my Provari at the time.

It was depressing.. I had to order a couple more. and I just received them today. TG.. So I'm a happy camper again.
