We're not going to be stuck in a catch 22 situation here. We won't sell you what we don't have to offer. So we're out of cupcake, you complain. If we sold cupcake and didn't have the flavoring, THEN doled out excuses as to why the orders are backed up, because we had a flavor up that we didn't have available, I think would initiate even 2-3 times the amount of complaints.
No thanks. We won't offer what we don't have.
