Where's the air intake on that?

Air goes in at slot, down outer tube into coil, then returns up inner tube to mouthpiece.

He also told me he did the video the day he got the unit and was using it throughout. When he woke up the next day his coil was gurgling and spitting all over the place. Not encouraging.

Should have known they would not tell you how to remove the tank in the instruction Manual.

Hey! I can't believe I never signed up here before... My CUPTI hadn't flooded again since this morning. I'm unsure how it happened, but as I said above, it seems to be intermittent... Bring on the CLRBA I say!
Welcome to the Forum you lil Devil!

I would think that just like any other mod the coils are susceptible to flooding (or leaking through the air holes on a standard tank) if the vacuum pressure created in the juice reservoir is somehow compromised. Look to the O-Ring sealing the Top of the tank and the one at the top of the coil for the answer!

Thanks for your help with the manual images! Greatly appreciated! Always like to post them in the threads so those considering a purchase are able to check them out!

That CLRBA looks interesting and I guess the Airflow around the coil will be enough due to the eddy currents created from the sudden change in direction inside the RBA Housing. Sort of counter-intuitive not to have an air intake below the coil.

Hoping Kanger actually ships Cupti with the RBA instead of embarking on the huge mistake of forcing users into making a second purchase for the accessory. They may find themselves selling a lot less of both the mod and the CLRBAs.

I still can't wrap my head around how this thing takes in juice and air. I'll probably buy one once they are available and I can get an RBA for it. I won't even try the prebuilt coils.

If it works well enough, then I can try cinnamon juices again without worrying about etching/cracking the tank.

I also hope that it breaths as easily as the nebox does as I've really gotten used to and enjoy the straight to lung type pull.

So the flooding is pretty much universal. I'd love someone to put together a montage of all the faces of the reviewers drinking mouthfulls of juice. The Temp control not working is a bummer, and the fire button delay is just the cherry on top.

I really hope Kanger doesn't sell these as-is and fixes these issues before shipping. If not, there's gonna be a lot of people done with them for good.

Something isn't right about temp not working with that last guy. He shows the coil still dry and says it doesn't work in TC. How could the coil be dry if he tested it? No one else had a problem with TC (exept the one guy who said it pulses in ss mode like every other TC mod).

Flooding is an issue across the board though with these and apparently all the CL tanks too. They have had these issues in the CL tanks since they hit market in March so I would be surprised if they fix early ones.

Even joyetech BF coils for Cubis are reportedly flooding overnight & spitting bad on first vape of the day, but they seem to recover from it better due to bottom wicking vs the Kanger Side wicking.

Just got Summa I ordered Mem Day the other day and that does not have this flooding issue and vapes pretty well (dryer, lighter vape stream [w/ plenty cloud] than cubis/egrip II).
