Curious About DIY E liquid

I am looking at probably trying to do some DIY e liquid, I recently discovered some e liquids that are Kosher/halal from avantgarde, i am wondering if some one can point me to the right direction to where i can buy the ingredients from

no alcohol
No Animal ingredients of any kind
Vegan/Kosher/Halal friendly
No Diacetyl

am i right in thinking i would only need
Liquid Nicotine
vegetable glycerine
and flavour and once i find the right mix that would work?

You might also need some PG (propylene glycol), depending on your device, how well it wicks thick juice and what PG/VG ratio you're shooting for. Many mixers use some distilled water to help thin it, so that could be another option.
