i think actually people do fallback on some juice venders because there good and reliable and the same everytime. the most common is people are trying to find the best flavor possible and there are so many venders

Same with flavorings for us DIY folks. I have 2 that I use primarily.

...we smoked, usually the same brand.
Well, I did, rolling my own with the same tobacco for decades.
Yet we vape and have numerous bottles of eliquid interchanging them throughout the day.
Why, I wonder?

Because we're currently able to choose for ourselves what we want to vape.

The end of my cigarette-smoking life was largely defined by driving 45 minutes each way, once a week, to purchase the cheapest cig's I could get. The cost of the cigarettes was the driving factor, and any brand loyalty I might have once had simply stopped being a consideration.

I'm thankful that I don't have to think like that any more.

I was only "loyal" to one brand until the prices started skyrocketing. Then I started buying anything cheap and menthol. I went the RYO route and bought the cheapest tobaccos - and then the cheapest pipe tobaccos when the price for a pound of RYO went from $17 to $50 overnight.
Not to mention, cigarettes (with a few exceptions) didn't come in many flavors besides "toasted goat ...." and "burned goat ....".

ROFL... I was thinking it was "outhouse fire" and "ben-gay factory fire".

Yet another great thing about vapeing! When we smoked we settled for what we got to satisfy nicotine cravings. It was just a means to an end. Now I wake up to a buffet of flavors to help me satisfy that craving. Do I want to vape Bannana Split? New York Cheesecake? Watermelon? Beats the heck out of that same old analog. I would have loved to have been given those choices before. Just another of many reasons I'm vapeing for life :vapor:

Lol. The saddest part is I pretty much hated everything about smoking the last ten years or so, but I HAD to have them...

Ever since the economic meltdown got really bad... 2009-ish? I spent hours every payday trying to think of a way to NOT have to spend $88 that payday on cigarettes. Never did come up with an answer.

Then in Dec '13 it got so cold, I started to think more seriously about e-cigs so I wouldn't have to keep running outdoors... Jan '14 finally found this place, got an eRoll, and by the end of Feb, had finally gotten rid of the stupid cigarettes -- pure serendipity!

Since then, the family finances have improved DRAMATICALLY. :D
