My answer would be to buy from the experts. Yes, DIY is cheaper, but you don't want to be potentially jeopardising your health. Excuse the analogy, but if you do not service your car and then it, god forbid, gets you into a serious car crash, you are partially to blame. Same goes for eliquids if you have no idea what you are doing. I have started purchasing eliquid from reputable UK eliquid manufacturers.

Actually, DIY can be safer. (Note the word "can")

There are lots of UK e-liquid companies who do not test their liquids, sell liquids with diacetyl and use unknown colourings as well. Going to "Premium" brands doesn't protect you. The latest discoveries of rogue liquids have all been premium.

But DIY can be a bit tricky and potentially dangerous with a person like me, as I have no idea what I am doing :)
Why isn't there a brand that just ticks all the boxes?
DIY isn't that tricky. If you can mix a margarita or cook with multiple ingredients, you can DIY juice. If it's the hazards of dealing with concentrated nic you're worried about, start with a vapable concentration like 24mg/mL. I just started DIY and am finding I like my blends better than anything I've gotten from a retailer. I choose the amount of flavor. Worst thing that could happen is you end up with a juice that's unvapable (read NASTY). Truth be told, you can buy those premade too.
