I just want to be clear. The site says it opens at 8am PST. Is that currently 3 hours behind Eastern? So.....11am EST?

I was confused because the site says "PST" when Pacific time is actually "PDT" right now.....whereas Alaska is AKDT meaning it's 4 hours behind....Thought you meant Alaska time since it is equal to PDT and not PST.

Also been trying to place an order, but can't ever seem to catch the site open even though I'm right on time, AND stick around for an hour or so. It's kind of aggravating seeing as how I'm 3rd shift and I just get to bed at 8am then have to wake up again 2 hours later to try to catch the site while it's open, then have to try getting BACK to sleep, only to wake up again for the day a few hours later....
Well its 8:10 PST and they are not taking orders... I understand getting backed up, hell i even understand taking down the order portion of the site. What I dont understand is telling the world you're gonna be open at 8:00 and then not doing it. I'm still gonna try and get an order in, but i really appreciate when a vendor does what they say they are going to do.
I agree. I've been screwing up my 3rd shift schedule... forcing myself to wake up the past 3 days in.hopes of catching them open. Beginning to think it's a lost cause. Whatever happened to them taking 300 orders a day?
Well, they didn't open today at 8:AM PST... i've been trying to order since 8:05, and as good as they are I doubt they filled the day in 5 minutes. Maybe they should put the DATE on their front page as well as to what time they will open. It would save professionals like myself and many others the time of trying to order from a company that isn't interested in selling.
I'm perturbed because I'm trying to order... and i wouldnt have wasted an hour at their site refreshing to see if they come open. My time is worth so much more to me than it is to them...

I completely agree with you. I've been losing out on well needed sleep in order to try and order from this company for the last 3 days. I thought for sure they would be open today, so I also spent an hour trying to refresh the page. Ended up going back to sleep after an hour, only to wake up this afternoon to see the message ion their site about Ben and his heart. I now understand what happened today and fully empathize with them. I hope he gets better soon, and hopefully it won't affect their business anymore than everything else already has. Thoughts and prayers go out to Ben and his family.
