I had previously complained to Electronic Cigarettes by TOTAL | NJOY Electronic Cigarettes | Starter Kits Cartridges Batteries USB Chargers | Best Prices Best Service | TOTAL about the very short life of their cartomizers. They sent me 7 packs of 2 cartomizers each so far (14 altogether; I will be trying one from this shipment tomorrow). Now I'm waiting for an additional 2 packs of 6 cartomizers each (12 altogether), as well as a brand new (AND Metallic Green :2cool:) battery to arrive in the mail. Oh yeah, and I had complained last night through an email to them about the short life of the battery that came in the starter kit as well. Since my other shipment of cartomizers didn't get shipped yet, they added the battery to that order so I get everything else all at once. And by the way, did I mention how much I paid for all of this stuff? NOTHING AT ALL!!! :toast: They actually gave me nearly $100 worth of stuff (by their prices, at least) for free just because I spoke up about the poor quality of what I had already bought. That more than makes up for what I've already been through. Now I'll have a spare battery (charged up at all times) and a crap load of extra cartomizers! (\m/ :evil: \m/) I wasn't lying about the poor quality either, so it wasn't like I was taking advantage of them or anything. I was just voicing my opinions to them and got free stuff out of it. Basically, the point of what I'm saying is that no one should be afraid to call up the company and complain if the situation fits doing so. If I didn't then I would have got nothing out of it, so I'm glad I took out the warranty on this stuff. Has anyone else had any experiences like this with any company they get their e-cigs from?:vapor:
