I noticed some are just cut from a solid bar. some have a metal tube through and some just have a metal base. I read somewhere that plain acrylic will degrade. I like the ones that are plain acrylic with no metal at all. lot's on etsy I think including molehill mountain. these can be $60 so I do not want it to degrade. which type is best?
