One more thing and it looks perfect to me... I measured my 10mL bottles, and the opening needs to be 30mm at its widest point. If you could bring the top of the opening down by 24mm that would be perfect...

Removed 24mm from opening, now set to 30mm at widest opening.

Yep thats it, except for the USB hole LOL. How do you do this so fast? It took me hours to make a workable box, and that was without rounded edges.

LOL Don't work on this today okay... I noticed 2 things when I uploaded them to shapeways. 1. The caps are kinda tall I think. I mean the curved part is good but the flat sides are a little tall. Half that height would probably be better. 2. The caps need a part about 2-3mm that sets into the main body, so they will attach. Thank you so much and have a happy 4th!

Now question. How much does going to a 3D Printing place cost and will they do any materials? I had no idea that such a service existed so I've never looked it up. And which program do you use to create your .stl's?

shapeways.com does 3d printing. They can do alot of materials. I'm curious what app he is using also. I tried opening the files in meshlabs to attempt the edits I mentioned, but it screwed up the measurements, and I couldn't figure it out anyways LOL.
