Custom Glass Tanks! Where?

Hey Guys,

I hope I'm in the right category. I have an idea for a Pyrex tank and was wondering where I would start looking to find someone who could fabricate it for me. I have no idea of even where to start? How do people with ideas for atomizers, mods, etc. start get their idea built into reality?
