Some graphics are copyrighted, others are not. You have to ask the artist.
My wolf, for example, is something I paid for. You can go to sites like Deviantart.com
and find some pretty wicked stuff, then email the author and for permission to use
it... or pay the author for their time.

As for the size, Jeff has been known to resize stuff when necessary. Keep in mind that
if he has to resize it, it may not turn out looking the same. It's better to get him a large
image to work with from the start and make sure it has the same approximate dimensions.
For the large Chuck, you want it to be a rectangle... taller than it is wide, for example.

Jeff does a lot of his own artwork and designing with these chucks. If you have your own image to send in the best quality you could send would be the best. Just make sure you give him as many details as possible so he gets it right for you.

As for your copyright question I'm not too sure what to say. Anyone else have an answer?

I really don't think copyright on this product is a worry. IE the duracell one. Now if you were using a copyrighted image to sell them commercially then it would be a problem.

Well put... my opinion exactly. Jeff is making his product then just adding an image of your choosing.
