I went to your site to place a first time order, but I wanted to try your Creamy Cappucino and it's out of stock. I've checked a few times before, and out of stock. It must be very popular. Can you tell me when it will be restocked. I want to order enough supplies to get the free shipping and I like to order everything from one site all at the same time.

By the way, do you have discount codes for first time buyers?

the cappucino is tops and many will agree with this. look in the "50ml juices" section and if he has 50ml bottles in stock get one - you won't regret it and it will save you postage on re-orders.

the blueberry is also very flavourful, and the cherry is too and tastes JUST like the now-defunct and much-beloved Regal Crown Sour Cherry candies from the 60's-70's. not a maraschino cherry but a deep, rich black cherry with just a hint of tartness. Dekang (the brand shawn sells) also makes a Black Cherry juice which i haven't tried yet, but the regular cherry flavour really satisfies me as a former Regal Crown addict (we are legion!).

the strawberry, tea and chocolate, while nice, i find a little weak on the flavour, while the blueberry, cherry and cappucino really "pop".

can't comment on the tobacco flavours, though RY4 seems to be loved by everyone and i may try it next (maybe shawn will toss in a sample with my next order, hint hint ;))

the coconut's ok but again a lil weak and reminds me of coconut-flavoured play-doh, ie: a little flat, needs more sweet.

also a note on the clove flavours: if you like clove cigs, i've found the regular clove flavour to come closer than the new Djarum Black flavour, and i smoke Blacks. neither really taste like clove cigs, but the clove flavour seems to taste like the "sauce" they put on the clove cigs - pleasantly spicy, kind of a cinnamon-apple taste - while the "black" juice is real heavy on the licorice, which Blacks do have a hint of, but the namesake juice is heavy on it and tastes like a cross between clove hard candy and licorice. the "black" flavour *does* "pop", though - plenty of flavour and throat hit - and if you like licorice you'll love this juice. i don't, so it's not for me but some already swear by it.

so that's my comments on the Litecig (Dekang) juices so far.

Newbie first time buying from any vendor. I left some posts in the newbie thread too but thought I should leave feedback on vendor specific thread too.

USPS I could track on line.
Three days from order date everything I ordered arrived in my mail box.
(Two kits, extra carts, juice).
First order total gave me FREE SHIPPING.

Anyone can make a mistake. I ordered tan and received black carts. I emailed Shawn and in under TWO minutes had a reply saying he would correct and send out tan.

I can recommend Litecigusa and will be buying from them again.

I placed my first order with Litecig on 1/28/10. Order #7913.

Unfortunately, my package is missing the 10ml bottle of Nuport 16mg liquid.

The other 6 bottles are here, just the Nuport juice is missing...

Their shipping was fast, and prices are right on, but apparently their quality control on packaging needs work...

Looked all over their website for a CS email, cannot find one.
It needs to be under their "Contact Us" info at the top of the page...

Anyways, I replied to the email they sent me the shipping notice from...See what happens...

hmm i guess my quality control is only subpar, im human mistakes happen. the liquid will be shipped first thing in the morning. anywho the email u sent to me is the best way to contact me, as im not always on the forums to see. ohh an to contact us there is a contact us link right ont he left side of the website that is what the ticket system is for.

Guess im blind, i didnt see it there on the left, i went to the menus at the top thru "help/faq" and "about us".
Clicked on im missing an item on that page.
It says make sure its delivered, then contact customer service.
I then go to help and look for customer serivce.
i see Additional Support - How do I contact you?
That brings me to a screen that said "Please click here for our company contact information".
I click that and i get your "About US" page, your physical address and phone number. Never thru all my help/FAQ screens did i get to the "ticket" window or to your email address.
That was my confusion.

Anyways, I went back to your site, i went to the left, i see contact litecig and the ticket page it opens. I just never got directed there from Help/Faq screen.. i didnt even notice it until right now.

Anyways, for those reading, Shawn contacted me via email within 10mins, and said my missing bottle would ship this morning. So their customer service is top notch, i just had issues navigating their website.

UPDATE:
I got a package in the mail today from Shawn over at litecig. My missing bottle of Newport juice is here already! Great response time! He even threw in an extra bottle of Newport juice because of the mistake. What can I say, I am totally satisfied with his CS. Shawn, ill be back for more juice soon!

This is my first post in this forum, so please bear with me if I do something wrong... :)

I've been smoking a pack and a half of Newport analogs every day for over 10 years now. Two weeks ago, a friend of mine received the Blu Starter kit and showed it to me at work... Up until then, I have never even heard of an ecig, and I instantly fell in love with the idea! I rushed home and made my own order from Blu without even doing any research at all.

Then I found this forum and Shawn.

I must say, after about three days of researching ecigs, I felt like an idiot newbie for ordering my Blu. I called them last night and canceled my order because of this (and also because it was on the famous "Blu Backorder" and had not shipped yet). The Blu customer service agent was EVERYTHING EVERYONE said he would be... rude as can be and just plain awful to me when he found why I was canceling. He got even ruder when I said I was purchasing from Litecig!

For the same price as a Blu kit, I ordered from Shawn- the far superior Gold Ultimate M4xx Kit (which is almost essentially like getting a M401, 402, and 403 in the same kit), a carring case, some prefilled carts, and a 10ml refill bottle of Nuport Juice.

I must say how pleasently surprised I was with Shawn's service! I received an email today (on Saturday) letting me know my order has already been shipped only 10 hours after I ordered it! I should prolly have it by Wednesday or Thursday! That's still 2 weeks before the Blu backorder is supposed to be up!

Thank you to everyone here for all your wonderful reviews of the m401 and of Shawn... you guys just saved me from making an awful mistake!

Thank you Shawn, for being a REAL person who cares! (I've read your posts on here :)) If the M4xx is everything I read it to be, then you have already earned a lifetime customer.

I'll try to post a review when I get it this week ... Thanx again everyone for unknowingly helping a newbie!
 
:( Well, about a week ago... I made my first post on here thanking everyone for the help in making my first vaping purchase. I still believe that I made the right decision in ordering a m401 from Shawn ... But I ran into some problems and was a little let down for my first EVER purchase. Please see a copy of my trouble ticket below for the issues I had... and over the next few days - we'll follow along together to see how good the customer service really is.

Shawn, I've had my m401 ultimate gold edition starter kit now for ALMOST a week....

Well, actually you sent me a m402 kit with a m401 battery and atty loosely thrown in the box.

Anyway, the "thrown in" m401 gold edition battery has yet to hold a charge. Since day one the charger has flashed yellow when the battery is plugged in. If by some weird chance the charger lite DOES turns green ... the battery will only hold about a five minute charge.

When I got my kit ... I was so excited - It was my first experience in vaping. Then I was let down when I looked at the side of the box and saw "m402" and then to open the box and a see loose batteries covered in someone's oily fingerprints thrown in to make your "M401 Gold Edition Ultimate Kit"

How do I know that loose m401 battery was never used ... the extra atty ALREADY had the coating burned off the wick ... a few hours after I placed my order, you went "OUT OF STOCK" on ALL m4xx Items.... Did I just get the last of the lot, the bottom of the barrell? 'Cause this is not what I expected for my first experience vaping. The other batteries and the one other atty, I have NOT had any problem with at all.

What can I do to get 1 replacement m401 Gold Edition Battery, and 1 Gold Edition Atty?

I'm obviously not trying to rip you off, Shawn. I've been saying nothing but good things about you in the e-cig forum, where you just became my "friend". In fact, Today, I received my second (of many) orders from you.

Before you flame me because I'm new ...
Let me say that I realize NOW that sometimes retailers swap retail boxes out for smaller ones or sometimes don't even include boxes to cut down on shipping costs... this is not where my problem lies. My problem lies in faulty and or used/returned products sent covered in someone else's oily (flavor juice?) fingerprints ... I know I can wipe them off, and I sure did (first thing) ... but this is my FIRST experience... would you feel comfortable putting THAT near your mouth after just spending $70.00?
 
I don't think anyone will "flame" you for it. But, as always, I would say that I don't think it's necessary to try and make a public spectacle of it without first waiting to see what the vendor does about your issue.

You remember the time when you were completely new to this and there were tons of places to make your first purchase from? I'm not bad mouthing shawn or trying at all to make a spectacle, and if it comes accross that way, then I am very sorry. I love his service and his products. His Rath is frickin' awesome!

I think being able to follow along from the point of a problem to the point of resolution, would be A WONDERFUL tool for a newbie to research a company's service before making that first unknown leap.

If that is wrong to the members here, then I really am sorry.

First off, I'll say that the 'oily' residue is likely straight PG. It's common for the factory to prime the atomizer (but not always) and/or battery threads to prevent corrosion, that can get on the body (but not always). I've had Smoore (maker of M40x series) atomizers and batteries arrive with and without the PG primer.

I believe Shawn does add parts to the 'hybrid' kits himself.. so I'm not totally surprised there would be a fingerprint or two on it, if it had primer. It's not like we're talking the mouthpiece here, wipe it off and you're done.

Ok, the battery won't hold a charge.. fine. Does the atomizer work? If it does, I see no reason for replacement. If you want it replaced just because there was no primer already on it, don't know if that's a valid reason for replacement, if it works.

Second, as far as going out of stock after you ordered, Shawn has a lot of orders to fill and sometimes struggles to keep things in stock due to demand and slow shipping from China. Upcoming Chinese New Year is not going to help the matter at all, as it will add at least 2 weeks delay to shipments while they are on holiday.

FYI, since the new site went up January 8th or so, Shawn has had over 2100 orders. That may help put things into perspective.

Finally, based on Shawn's reputation, I'm sure he will take care of you. Just give it time, I'm guessing you'll have a reply to your ticket tomorrow. :)

Thanx, Boosted for putting things in perspective for me. It's the people like you on here who's knowledge I value and look to when making decisions on what to buy and where to shop.

The atty that was attached to the bad battery in the box glows bright red under the sponge bridge during inhale and the outer shiny gold ring burns my fingers during use ... The first time I felt extreme heat, I pulled off the cartridge and saw the red glow which lasted 3-4 seconds before it faded. The other atty in the kit does not do that, and works the way it should. And yes the cartridge is full, but not over filled. The atty is not plugged up. It has done this since day one. (With a known good battery)

I swear I meant no harm in these last few posts ... now I wish I never would have listened to the wife and posted to begin with...

Litecigusa is a WONDERFUL COMPANY who has treated me with impeccable respect. I'm sorry. I'm done. I'll never post again.

I don't think not ever posting again or deleting your posts is necessary.

My initial response was just to the way it came across which I admit isn't always the way it is meant. If your intentions truly were just to show people how well things are dealt with here then that isn't a bad thing.

I think you'll find that what svt posted will turn out to be accurate.

really? you know what would of been the best route would of been to contact me as in email or a phone call before posting on here. its very simple to get something warrantied, just bc its out of stock doesnt mean there arent 100 or so here for warranties. all you need to do is contact and ship the defective parts back to me for replacement very simple process
