I had an issue with a PV. I only had it for about 3 weeks. I contacted these guys via support on their website.

I got a response the same day! So after a little back and forth. I decided to drive down to their new Philadelpia store. I made the trade and even purchased a new Silver Bullet. (aparently a rare version) I don't want anyone to drool. But, I have the silver vein with a black button!..

Ok enough. I can't say enough about these guys. Everytime I'm in Columbus or New Philly I'll be stoping by!
