Hey everyone. I just quit analogs and am a new vapor. I purchased my Triton kit last week, have been using it, and have many questions and concerns (which I will be seeking helping from you guys by writing other threads). So far for the past 6 days I've called them 3 times (left a message once), check multiple times a day to chat (chat is always offline) and have e-mailed them (no reply yet). So far, NO response from them. It's very frustrating and I am not happy about this. What has been your guys customer service experience with them? Do they call you back when you leave a message? Have you chatted with them online? Do they pick up their phone? How long does it take for them to reply to e-mails? I'm seriously thinking about switching companies just because of this. Thanks in advance.

Halo Customer Service is very good. I usually got a response to emails next day at the latest. And usually when I call, I get someone.

(The online chat seems to always be down)

Take some time and look through the other threads here in the Halo section. There is a wealth of info here. There's also a lot of banter, joking, innuendos and mayhem. But that's how we roll.

(edit added:) During big sales, like the current LaborDaze sale, customer service gets extremely busy. As does fulfilment and shipping.

i seen all your posts that you posted in the matter of 10 minutes. If this is how you call them, maybe they are blocking your number :p

The website chat is always offline in my experience.
Call them atleast 1 hour before they close (pretty sure it was 6pm, EST). I called at roughly their 5pm with an issue I had, my call was answered by their customer service rep and he had to transfer me to their shipping department who was gone for the day. Left a message and it was returned the next day.
Emails were answered within 48 hours

Congrats on your quit (altho ECF member since 2009????) and it's easy to get a bit edgy when we first quit smoking so try and relax and know we are all here for you.

Although you may feel Halo hasn't responded fast, they actually do have great customer service and most beginner kits from other vendors wouldn't even help at all.Give Halo a chance to respond and in the mean time, keep posting and we will all try to help the best we can.

I've only tried contacting them 4 times, once each day. It says their hours are till 11 PM EST. I'm Hawaii time so they might actually close earlier than that time and I'm missing them. I'm a newbie so I'm trying to figure all this stuff out, thus all the posts. Hopefully their customer service is sucking cause it's a busy weekend.

Supposedly I've been a member since 2009. I tried to sign up this past week and they told me that I already had signed up. Well that's my username so I must have signed up and forgot about it when I was initially thinking about vaping.

Yeah I was really edgy the first day I stopped analogs, my propanolol really helped with that.

All of you have been great helping me, thanks so much!
