are forbidden to post in the new members forum-

well, something is wrong then since he cannot post here himself until he /she reaches a certain number of posts.
maybe somebody needs to rethink the rules and regulations.

thank you very much for your help in relaying to this member of ecf.

I am not aware that there needs to be a min number of posts to post in our Eastmall forum,
I am sure we have had peeps post in here with only a very few posts.
however if this is the case it is ecf policy- not Eastmall policy.

NOW -- even if this member can not post in Eastmall forum, he /she can still read here and therefore get the correct information for sending to customer service, to have their issues dealt with in the correct manner.

there have been NO EMAIL received from him/her to CS that I am aware of to date.

his user name is kangur. he has not been back since this morning, rick, which is a little surprising.
check it out, at least if you pm him and don't get a response from him you'll know you've tried everything possible.

As I said previously, I was not aware of a min post count to post in Eastmall forum, many have posted here for their 1st or 2nd post,
so I was surprised by this posting in the new members forum, but we are on it now,
thanks to help from our Eastmall members relaying and giving direction over there.............

I have PM to this person 2 times with no reply

trying to get some contact happening between him/her and Eastmall

so we will see what happens here -------

by a new thread opened for them in Eastmall forum,

by several pm's from me

and we have nothing yet -------

just wanted to make sure that people understood, if the request for help or info concerning em was not legit, i had no way of knowing and i would rather try to help and be fooled than to overlook somebody's need.
just like you i had too many help me on ecf to act any other way
