I'm thinking it's 8am to 5pm (EST) but chances are everyone was busy, sometimes it takes a few tries to get through. Did you try filling out the eform on the SI site under the CS tab? they will respond to that but it takes a little while. I find it interesting they don't post the hours on the site but you should put this in the "Ask Imagine" thread for a more informed response. Hang in there.

I found it odd that they don't post them either. I think a CS department should give you a little more time than 5 pm, when people leave work at 5 and get their orders when they get home they get their orders. But, whatever. I ordered 6 x2 clearo's. 2 black, 4 clear. Only received one of each color. Not happy about this at all.

correct CS and packers get in at 8am but do not turn on the phones until 10:00am in order to get work done before the ciaos :p

I think they answer emails earlier than the phones open. I have had several times when I received an email response at about 8:30am est even though the phones were closed. Maybe Imagine cam verify this though

I'll second that, I've received e-mail responses @ 0500 PST, and it doesn't matter what day it is. Sunday I received an e-mail on the faulty X2 I sent in, this Company Really Tries to help their clients out, Special Thanks to Heather & Bobby :toast:

The online chat fwiw was one of the things that initially impressed me with SI.

I bought one of the Starter kits after researching about ecigs elsewhere, it was igetcha's video that eventually prompted me to go to SI. I had no clue about anything so I hit the live chat button with a question. Literally within a couple of seconds someone was there answering it. So I bought. I then joined here when I had more questions and the rest along with analogs is history.
