    I haven’t been able to contact you guys regarding my order that I placed 3 days ago using your priority shipping method. I’ve sent emails and every time I call the customer service number it says I’m calling outside of business hours. Can someone help me solve this issue?
    Hi Zach, your order is in transit with USPS tracking no. 9405509205328594319465 - sorry for the inconvenience, the customer service team works 9.30 - 5.30 PST but were also down to a skeleton staff on Monday for the holiday which caused a few delays in getting back to people.
