I'm not going to post the whole story here..it's too long and crazy. I just want to say, Ms T is apparently staffed by genuine humans, unlike the USPS. I give their customer service 12/10.

We have made HUGE staff changes here!! We do have a NEW Customer Service Rep (My new Assistant) her name is Adelle. She is a WONDERFUL person and seems to fit right in!! I am so glad to hear that the switch is going VERY smoothly!!
