I want to publicly thank Nick from Goodejuice for customer service that's simply above and beyond anything that I would expect from a vendor. A few days ago I tried to place an order on Goodejuice's site and for some reason I couldn't check out. Some sort of software glitch, apparently. I wrote to customer support and Nick processed my order "by hand", as it were, and threw in two 30ml bottles of juice for my troubles.
And not only that -- these liquids were also my regular nicotine strength, which isnot the typical 18mg that vendors seem to keep on hand for free samples, so I've got to assume he mixed these up for me then and there.
And to top it all off, these were the two juices that I've publicly praised as being my faves, so clearly he cared enough to really make sure to treat me well.
All this for about 10 minutes of very slight inconvenience.
So my hat goes off to Nick and Goodejuice. That's how you run a business!
