I was just wondering how long it usually takes before customer service contacts you after you email? I sent an email yesterday at around 4pm about a battery I received DOA, asking what the procedure was for replacement and haven't heard back yet. Sorry if I'm being too impatient, I'm tired of swapping out batteries all the time and it sucks to have one right here that would last all day if it were working.

Donny I remember getting your email Wednesday and thought I answered already. I had some relatives show up Thursday with a surprise visit and have been a bad boy and not gotten to any support emails since. Watch your IN box today I will be catching up!
