I must say I'm very impressed with the great customer service. I bought a BB off the forums and was having some button issues. I spoke with both Rob and Chad an they just told me to send it in for repairs. I did not expect to receive any sort of service since I did not buy directly from them. Thanks for the great service I'm sure I'll be adding an omega an SB to my collection soon

Chad is the best. I was having some troubles with my BB and they did not hesitate to help me out. Great service, fast shipping and good prices. What else can you ask for?

When I first got my BB it didn't fire consistently. We called and spoke to Rob and he got us fixed up in no time at all. Awesome customer service and great mods.
