I ordered a SB and never set up an account on the website until after ordering. I sent an e-mail inquiring about the order and must say that the customer service is incredible. Not just 9 to 5 service. I am really impressed and wanted to share with other people that might be thinking of ordering from them.

Is there a pic of the V1.1 ? Is it an extension only to the v1 or an ecig?

The difference between the SB 1.0 and 1.1 is the length of the unit. All the pictures on the website are of the 1.1 Unit.
