I've yet to place an order without receiving the shipping notice on the same day. I don't know how she does it. Must be magic??? lol
Seriously, Stormy's customer service is top shelf, next to none, whatever you want to call it. She will do whatever it takes to make sure your order is correct and on its' way to you ASAP.

I know Stormy is working on adding more flavorings for the site. Suggestions like yours help her "zero in" on what ones to offer. So, please keep making suggestions, and I'm certain Stormy will try to accommodate you. There are so many flavorings out there it is very difficult to offer every one of them. She's off to a great start with many good basic flavorings and you will see more and more added as time goes on. Stormy is another one who doesn't sit on her laurels. She is always looking for ways to improve the offerings on her site.
Since I started dealing with her, I'd estimate she has at least tripled the number of items on the site. And that is in a matter of 6 months or perhaps a less than that -- my memory is failing me -- getting old....lol. I know she is also looking to add to the DIY accessories and other areas as well.
I'll bet at this point in time, every nickel she takes in goes right back into the site to increase the variety of inventory offerings. horton -- out

Gotcha...well, she's got my nickel.

The difficulty is that there are so many choices out there from other vendors that have very good products and very good customer service. But, in this social network, instant fame time all she needs is a great juice that gets a great review from a well respected reviewer and it goes viral in our realm...she's off to the races.

I'm not a You tube reviewer, but I do know my tobaccos and there are a ton of them out there. I am always willing to help where ever I can, so she can rely on honest feedback from me.

BTW, Horton...middle of Florida

Glad to know you are a happy camper, Iby.
Just for snickers yesterday, I counted how many vendors I had bookmarked and the number was close to 80!! That was just my general vendor section. I also have separate sections for juice, modding, etc. and there are more vendors in those sections. So yes, it is hard to get recognition or get in the phonebooth as the old expression goes. This is only my opinion.... but many of those vendors are trying to cash in on a new trend and will not be around very long. They think that just selling product is enough. They are forgetting one very important thing -- CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I found Stormy from watching a review. Can't remember what it was about now, but you are so right about getting that one big hit and then going viral. From talking to Stormy, I know she is a very sharp businesswoman and is carefully building her business focusing on quality products and excellent customer service. Watching her site grow, I know she is on the right track.
I'm know she would be more than willing to listen to your input about tobacco flavorings or juices. How can you have a good business if you do not listen to what your customers want? So, please do speak up and give her suggestions. I know she will appreciate them.
Bottom line..... please don't hesitate to make suggestions. Listening to your customers' needs and wants is the surest way to make a business flourish. I know Stormy will listen to your ideas and do her best to accommodate.
Middle of Florida, eh? We ended up in the Tampa area due to a job offer my wife received. We're now about 40 min. north of Tampa in Pasco county. Man, has this state grown since I used to come down here as a youth. It's like they have paved the whole place....lol. Lost a lot of it's charm.
Thanks again for speaking your mind and please keep doing so. horton -- out

Horton, thanks for the feed back, and welcome back to Florida. You're going to absolutely hate winter down here. For instance, last year winter was January 28 through January 31. It was unbearable.

I'm going to follow your advice and try to get word to Stormy via email re: other vendor's juices. I don't think a Stormy thread is the proper place to discuss the merits or deficiencies of other juices. I'd like to help if I can.

Brrrrr....it's cold this morning. Thermometer says 40 degrees. You are right on about the winters down here, Iby. Although this year it has been pretty nice. I consider any day I don't have to run the A/C a nice day....lol. And I hate to turn on the heat in this house. No heat pump, just resistive strips. They make that electric meter spin like a 78 rpm record. I was told it's the most inefficient heating method. Lucky me..... NOT.

I think Stormy will really appreciate your input on juices. It would be impossible to stock every possible combination and kind of juice so if customers give her feedback about what they are looking for, it will make life much easier for her and hopefully get the kinds of juices you are looking for on the site. She is very resourceful coming up with products. And I know she does listen --- that's how we got the horizontal coil cartos and several other newer items on the site. We'll ultimately all appreciate your input because the site will have products the customers want, not products that happen to catch the vendor's fancy or have the highest profit margin.
Take care..... horton -- out
