Customized profile font won't save?

I've been playing around with my profile looking to make it different. After a couple hours of playing with color schemes, I think I finally found something I like. I get it all together, save it, and thought I'm good to go. The problem is, as soon as I click any link within the profile, the font changes from my chosen font to Times New Roman. I go back in to customization, and my font is still "chosen" in the drop down, but not displayed on the page.

You may need to clear your cache (just the cache, not cookies). Does it still do it after you've done that? (I just played with mine and had no issues with font changing upon clicking a link.)

I have cleared the cache, and it still does it. I would like to apologize though, it's not changing back when clicking a link within the profile, it changes by leaving the profile and going back, or even simply clicking "my profile" at the top of the browser changes it to "Times". Sorry for that.

I suppose if it's just happening on my end with on Chrome, I'll just deal with it, it's not that big of an issue, but if it happens to multiple folks, might want to check the site settings and see if there's something in there that causes the selected font to save properly.

Which forum skin are you using?

I've had something similar happen and I just chalked it up to the fact that I'm using a "legacy" skin (blackened red in my case). After the recent vB version update some of the older skins, while still functional, are no longer officially supported and may have some occasional issues

I was using ECF2 Darkened, but switched it to the default theme - as well as every other theme, cleared my cache again after each switch, and checked the font and it's still switching.

BTW, the Blackened Red is pretty sweet, better than the ECF2 Darkened

Yeah, the BR is my fave skin. I prefer the dark backgrounds, easier on my eyes, but not so much the bright oranges and blues in the others. They're harder on my eyes than the light backgrounds

Well, I suppose I'll just deal with ugly Times, lol. Maybe next update vB will fix it, lol.
