Customs SUCKS!!!!

I just received in the mail today a letter saying that customs found my order and are not going to send it Does anyone know what is going to happen to it now? It didnt say on the letter if they are going to send it back. I am freaking out i have been without juice for one week so far And was looking forward to this order. I am pretty mad

i am very sorry for the bad news. normally they may send it back or destroy it. hopefully they will return it to us. we will refund the payment excluding shipping cost when we get it returned to us.

Sorry to hear that It seems the Canadian customs is tightened a bit these days, maybe due to the coming holiday season??.....

I had one hardware package (10 atties) that I received 2 weeks ago was opened for inspection and yellow taped back. Lucky me the package before that shipment was 120ml of 100MG unflavored mixing e-juice that went through customs and received~~~ I am kinda afraid buying juice again until things are looking better.

Your question would be best answered in the Canada forum, but from what I read there, it will probbaly be sent back to HC.

Thank you everyone for your info and concern. I have recently found a local vendor, Even though they are a little more expensive at least i dont have to worry about customs. Sadly i dont think i will be ordering from China anymore

Good for you~ For me, I will still order from Health Cabin for selection besides price. The package I mentioned above that got opened by the customs was not from Health Cabin. So far after almost a year of buying, I have not had any problem or package got opened for both juice and hardware in any of my order from Health Cabin.
